The Institute of Copyright, Industrial Property and Competition Law is essentially a research institute providing expert and advisory opinions related to incorporeal property rights. It also offers two optional subjects: two-semester basic course in Intellectual Property Law and a new one-semester course on Media Law. The Institute is also the guarantor of the IP Law course in the LL.M. programme and collaborates with the Department of Civil Law, giving lectures on intellectual property within the civil law curriculum.
